Common Questions
Things people often ask before booking a charter.
We suggest reaching out at least a week ahead, particularly during high season (November to April). That said, if you have a more immediate need, contact us and we'll see what's available.
All charters include the skipper, crew, fuel, and catering as described per package. Snorkeling equipment is available on board. Any additional arrangements — such as special dietary requests or extra shore excursions — can be discussed during the planning stage.
The skipper will always make decisions based on sea conditions and passenger comfort. Within those parameters, the route is flexible. If you want to linger longer at a particular bay or try a different snorkeling spot, just say so.
Safety is always the priority. If conditions are not suitable on your planned date, we will contact you to discuss options — rescheduling or adjusting the itinerary to calmer waters. We review forecasts the day before every departure.
Capacity varies by vessel. When you enquire, let us know your group size and we'll match you to the right yacht. Our boats comfortably accommodate small groups of 2 to around 12 passengers depending on the charter type.
We typically ask for a deposit to hold your date, with the remaining balance settled before or on the day of departure. Payment details and methods are communicated during the booking process.
